Mauna Lani

Mauna Lani is truly a special place; you feel relaxed the minute you drive into the Resort.  Mauna Lani rests on an ancient ‘ili, or land section, known through the centuries as Kalahuipua’a. It was a place where Kings would come for recreation and elders would gather for worship. This was, and is, a special hallowed place. The ancient royal fishponds are preserved on the grounds to this day. And if you somehow sense the importance of this setting as you stroll by them, you understand for what the Hawaiians call “The Spirit of Place”.

The resort is approximately 3,200 acres with two world class hotels, the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and the Fairmont Orchid Hotel; two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Robin Nelson, Nelson & Haworth., a shopping center with luxury stores and restaurants, including Ruth Chris and Tommy Bahamas.  There are 16 residential and condominium developments throughout the Resort.

Owners of Mauna Lani Real Estate receive discounts at various restaurants, golfing and venues through the Mauna Lani Advantage Program.  Owners enjoy their own exclusive Private Beach Club, access to a Racquet Club/Fitness Center which includes a gym, tennis facilities, and spa as well as 36 holes of championship golf.
